Bailey Myers is currently the Director of Operations at Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News, VA. She has oversight over various ancillary departments in addition to leading construction and strategy work. She received her BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and MHA from Virginia Commonwealth University. Previously, Bailey worked for Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations practice, where she served as a healthcare industry consultant for both provider and payer clients and gained experience in operations transformation, business process engineering, supply chain strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.
