Rethinking the Ambulatory Care Network

December 3 @ 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Join us for an in-person event for 1.5 educational credits!

Organic growth and acquisitions have rendered existing Ambulatory Care Networks obsolete and inefficient. Healthcare systems are focusing on developing ideal geographic distributions of new and current sites of care that optimize access, capital costs, operational costs, and population health management goals. They are creating standardized templates for the “Medical Office Building of the Future,” including a common vision for endto-end flow of patients, staff, and providers in the new facilities, and space requirements to support lean operations, and virtual care. Healthcare executives and ambulatory care managers must understand how to deploy ambulatory care to best support their organizations’ strategic, financial, and operating goals.
