HCAT Mentorship Program 2026

Dear HCAT Members,

We are excited to announce the launch of HCAT’s first Mentorship Program. We are seeking both mentors and mentees to be a part of the first phase of the program.

The mentorship program aims to provide aspiring ACHE fellows and HCAT members that are within the first 5-10 years of their career with valuable guidance on career development, leadership growth, ACHE opportunities, and the Board of Governors Examination.

We are currently looking for mentors and mentees who are interested in partnering on the following discussion topics:

Insights from your ACHE journey and leadership experience
Career planning and leadership growth topics
Board of Governors exam preparation and career progression
The time commitment is a one-hour connection session each month for 6 months. The flyer below outlines the primary objectives and time commitment

Whether you have mentored/been a mentee before or are volunteering for the first time, your experience and perspective is welcome and greatly appreciated!
